Garrett's very own Mickey Mouse

While shopping yesterday Bill saw this at Lowes a decided that Garrett had to have it. Yes, it is a life size (well 2 ft tall) Mickey Mouse in a Santa suit!, but wait that isn't even the best part....it sings two Christmas songs! I know what your thinking...too cute right?, yea, we did to...only it sings by motion....and the slightest motion sets it off. Ok, a 17 month old, 1 cat, and 2 dogs....why do I have a feeling we will be hearing these 2 songs alot??!! Owell, Garrett does love it and it is quite cute :) Thank you Bill and Bubba :)

Sunday Football!!

Garrett has a new love for football! He loves to watch it every Sunday with Kevin- he really likes when there is a touchdown b/c he throws his arms up in the air like he is doing in the pic...and we have to yell "TOUCHDOWN"....or he gets mad!! :) He was given this Carolina Panthers jersey last night-and even though Daddy didn't like it I put it on him (Kevin is a redskins fan!!) Bill-I knew you would love it!! :)

First Haircut

Well....we did it.....we cut his hair!! And what an experience. The pictures show how he liked it-haha.

I was looking through some pictures this afternoon of Garrett's birthday party...it's amazing how much he had change in the short 4 months since then. He is getting so big, so fast-and starting to do new and amazing things daily. His new "word"...balloon. Of course it doesn't sound like balloon...but we know what it is-we no longer can go to a grocery store without a balloon (or we have to wave bye-bye to them and blow them a kiss if that particular store doesn't have free ones to give out!!). Anyway, here are some pictures I took at Maw-Maw's today-Sunday has become our day of picture taking....I'm trying to get some good ones for our Christmas card this year!
